The DATE 2017 exhibition will run for three days (Tuesday - Thursday inclusive). It is a unique networking opportunity for vendors of tools and services for hardware and embedded software for the design, development and test of Systems-on-Chip, IPs, Embedded Systems, ASICs, FPGAs and PCBs including a broad range of design reuse technologies and services. The spacious exhibition area will be located directly in the entrance and registration area of Alpexpo with direct connection to the session rooms and benefits from natural daylight. As the area is positioned centrally and will host the coffee break area as well, a constant frequentation will be guaranteed.

DATE arranges a number of special events and features in the exhibition area to allow busy conference delegates more time and justification to visit the booths, such as

  • an Exhibition Reception
  • extended delegate coffee breaks
  • a full programme in the Exhibition Theatre which will combine presentations by exhibiting companies, best-practice reports by industry leaders and selected conference special sessions.

All these activities are intended to make DATE a more attractive place for industry professionals to get in touch with each other and do business.

The DATE conference annually attracts over 1,400 conference delegates and continues to be a growing event with increasing exhibition visitor numbers and higher overall number of conference attendees compared to past DATE conferences.

DATE 2017 is offering the following stand options to make exhibiting easy to plan and more cost-effective to budget.

All options include one complimentary conference delegate pass.

Please note: this complimentary conference registration includes access to all conference sessions, conference materials, catering as well as entrance to the DATE Party, but it does neither include access to the Monday Tutorials nor to the Friday Workshops.

Option 1: Table Top Display (3m x 1m)

Option 3: Space only (price on application)

Option 4: Start-Up Booth (3m x 2m)

DATE offers a great value introduction to the exhibition for start-up companies. This is a 6 sqm standard shell scheme booth (as option 2).

Qualifying conditions apply for start-ups:

  • Your company should be no older than 5 years old
  • Your company has not exhibited at DATE previously

Total Cost: CHF 2,500

Option 5: European Project Booth

DATE offers a good value booth package to European Projects/Clusters who wish to show their work and results during the DATE exhibition.

Total cost: CHF 2,500

Interested companies will have the possibility to join a Thematic Campus in order to benefit from a mutual presentation & approach of their target audience. Those thematic campuses focus on special topics such as Wearable Electronics, IoT and Smart Robotics.
