GENERAL FEE INFORMATION

All Fees are in Euros

* Applications from Research Students must be endorsed by their Professor or Head of Department ( and cannot be made on-line as a consequence ).

CONFERENCE FEES

The registration fees listed below, with the exception of the One-Day Delegate Fee and the lower Research Student Fee, include admission to all Conference Sessions, admission to the Vendor Exhibition, Proceedings on DVD, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch, the Welcome Reception, the Exhibition Reception, and the DATE Party on Wednesday.

The lower Research Student Fee does not include admission to the DATE Party but does include all other items listed above.

The One-Day Delegate Fee does not include admission to the DATE Party but does include all other items listed above and is valid for the day indicated only.

The Guests Social Ticket includes admission to the Welcome Reception, the Exhibition Reception and the DATE Party.

FEES FOR TUTORIALS AND FRIDAY WORKSHOPS

The fees listed below include documentation, morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch. Participants to the Monday Tutorials enrol for the day and may combine any session in the morning with any session in the afternoon (except for the full-day tutorials which run for the entire day and cannot be combined). Participants to the Friday Workshops enrol for the day and should note that one course only may be chosen as each course runs for the entire day.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES

All fees are in Euros. All delegates must complete a separate registration form. Forms may be completed on the web or mailed or emailed or faxed to the DATE Conference Secretariat. Forms arriving after Wednesday 5 March will be discarded. Any delegate registering after this date must register on-site at the conference.

Web registrations may be made on-line for those wishing to confirm their credit card payments directly via the WorldPay secure server. This facility is only available for delegates paying by Visa or Mastercard. Those wishing to pay with American Express must fax or mail a signed form to the DATE Conference Secretariat on +44 (0) 131 225 2925. Students may not register on-line but must send their completed forms to the Conference Secretariat together with the required proof of Student Status (Letter from Professor or Head of Department).

Cheques/Money Orders to be made payable to DATE in Euros.

Cash Payments may be made on-site in Euros only.

Credit Cards – The following credit cards are accepted and (with the exception of American Express payments which may only be paid by sending a form to the Secretariat) may be made either via the on-line system or by mailing/faxing a form to the Conference Secretariat.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds will be made unless a written request for cancellation is received prior to 20 February 2008. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. Substitutions will be accepted at any stage.
