A number of issues emerge when considering the key topic of SoC systems that involve multiple processors. The session examines such challenges and presents papers that look at task allocation and scheduling for MPSoC systems. In particular, the first two papers look at highlighting parallelism and clever techniques for task scheduling for MPSoC. There is also a focus on applications in the session, with the last two papers specifically highlighting control applications and systems with lifetime reliable issues respectively.
